Whether you’re a first-year student or an upperclassman, UNF offers a variety of dorms that combine comfort, community, and convenience. With new residence halls, renovated buildings offering over 4,000 beds, and our updated UNF dorm map, living on campus is more accessible than ever.

Housing Selection & Application Process

Applying for UNF housing is straightforward, but timing matters. The university uses a priority system based on when you apply and your student status.

Priority Dates & Eligibility

  • April deadline for returning and transfer students
  • May 15 deadline for incoming freshmen
  • Applications after these dates may be placed on a waitlist

Roommate Matching & Living-Learning Communities

  • Students can request specific roommates during the application
